Our on-site survey will review your business’s communications objectives based on targeted and unique audiences. Bluebox will help define who your target audience(s) are, where are they waiting, congregating, working, etc., and what consumers are doing in the presence of each display. An effective survey will require assistance from marketing, IT and facilities, and will assess the following:
» Identification of appropriate digital or touch screen monitor locations depending on viewing audiences
» Appropriate monitor size, proper mounts and other hardware required for each location
» Location of media players and distance between corresponding display monitors
» Target audience(s), audience size, and traffic patterns at each business branch or location
» Desired digital content to play on the monitors (audio, video, static messages, animations, scroll news feeds, etc.)
» Communications goals and objectives for each audience at each location
The on-site survey gives Bluebox Digital Media all the information necessary to provide a detailed cost for your electronic or touch screen display as well as installation, setup, and programming recommendations. For planning purposes, figure 1-3 hours of on sight time per building.
This type of survey allows our digital signage experts to fully understand and know the layout of your facility and gives us the ability to make recommendations and guide you with any necessary changes should you decide to add new monitors or players, change the location, or remove monitors.
